We are fully insured and hold Public and Employers Liability Insurance .
We will always endeavour to schedule the same professional cleaner each week, sometimes this may not be possible due to holidays or sickness. If you book a weekly service, you will have a carefully selected cleaning professional assigned to you. All our staff are highly trained and follow regulatory industry standards at all times.
Clients do not have to be at the property for us to carry out our scheduled visits, but this is entirely up to you. You can be home at the time or be out. We are happy to hold keys for clients as we have insurance for this. Our main concern would be that you are happy and comfortable with any arrangements.
All data that we hold for our clients or potential clients is stored securely on our internal IT systems which are safe and secure. Only authorised personnel have access to our IT systems.
As part of our regulatory requirements and the law we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB235381 as a Data Controller & Data Processor.
We hold Cyber and Data Insurance.
Our hourly charges start from £20.75 per hour. Our prices vary from client to client for a number of reasons, such as client requirements, size of the property or the condition of the property. We are always upfront about our fees before any work commences. Weekends & Bank Holidays' are charged at a higher rate.
Depending on your location, you may be subject to a mileage charge.
We reserve the right to amend any quote provided if your requirements change during the services.
We only require a client to pay a deposit for a one off services. The deposit will be 50% of the cost which is non-refundable.
We have a minimum booking requirement of 2 hours. We don't provide services that are less than 2 hours.
The cleaning products we use are professional cleaning products. The products we use have met a series of standards as below:-
• BS EN 1276
• BS EN 13697
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Products are also used by us.
Under no circumstances will we provide any products such as bleach or any products containing bleach or products that are highly abrasive or scented.
We are a professional cleaning company and we only use products that are tried and tested.
All our staff go through a rigorous recruitment process of being interviewed, reference checks and a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check formerly CRB(Criminal Records Bureau) checks.
Our recruitment processes help us make safe decisions on who is suitable for employment with us.
We know from time to time you may not be satisfied with any of our services provided.
We provide our services with such high standards and in line with industry practices and regulatory requirements.
